This is one of the ways I train my clients who are preparing for an endurance race or the military. Power, strength and endurance is key when it comes to overall body function and athletic ability. There is more to being a beast then your bench press! Challenge yourself to do more and to go harder and I can promise you the results that you want!

Had a great first morning in the 305. Woke up around 6:50 and decided to go on a little run before breakfast. I was accompanied by my beautiful wife so that made it even better.
So here is what we did:
No weights or gym equipment needed….
10 min run to the neighborhood jungle gym
Complete this section 2x
Max Push Ups
1 Leg Step Up explosions using a bench x15 both legs
Max Pull Ups
Body Weight Squats x25
Finished with the 10min run back to the house
Not to bad at all…I did it with no break longer then a minute. Try it out for a quick 30min workout.
